Returns Policy
The contents of this policy are offered in addition to your legal rights as a customer.
If you are unsatisfied with a product you have purchased from AR Solution Group then you are eligible for a refund if you inform us within 14 days of receiving your item. Once notification of your desire to return the item has been received you will have 14 days to return the purchased goods, once it has returned to us we will issue you a refund.
If you find a fault with an item you have purchased please contact us immediately with details of the fault and whether you would prefer a replacement or refund for the item and we will do our best to accommodate for this. The period in which a customer is eligible for a return on a faulty item is 6 months typically but may extend longer if it can be proved that the item was faulty at time of purchase.
You will be considered ineligible for a refund if you were aware that the item had faults when purchasing, you damaged the item in any way whether it be through attempting a repair or other otherwise. Your basis for returning the item should also carry validity; deciding you don’t want the item anymore would not be grounds for returning an item.
We will require a proof of purchase on any item that is being returned. This includes sales receipts, bank statements, packaging.
