Quality Policy Statement
Our mission is to deliver quality, safety assured work equipment, personal protective equipment, uniform and printing to councils and businesses both in the private and public sector.
The following approaches have been developed in support of our mission:
People

Our employees are our greatest asset and we are committed to their training and career development. We ensure they are suitably qualified and experienced to enable them to be competent in their areas of expertise.

We will develop a working environment where every employee is motivated to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation, its processes and management system.

Our quality manager develops, monitors and reviews the Quality Management System and supports the organisation to deliver customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
Process

We aim to achieve certification from the British Safety Industry Federation (BSiF) within the year and will continue to maintain and improve our quality and environmental management systems to ensure we fulfill our certification and uphold a high safety standard for our products.

Objectives will be developed to promote the continual improvement of quality within the organisation. These objectives will be aligned to the high level objectives set for the business.

An internal management system audit and inspection process has been established to ensure compliance and to identify best practices in efficiency and growth.
Performance

Reviews of the Quality Management System are conducted to ensure it remains effective and appropriate. These reviews will include customer satisfaction and feedback from multiple sources.

Acknowledge our strengths and limitations to develop plans that will utilise an interdependent system, improving our productivity and allowing us to individually improve aspects of the company to maximise our overall performance.

Ensure that relevant information is readily available to our employees, reducing downtime and confusion amongst the team.
Certifications
The Organisation operates a Quality Management System that has gained ISO 9001 : 2015 certification, including aspects specific to its scope of certification.

Establish the Quality Policy and to set Quality Objectives at relevant functions, levels and processes

Ensure that the Management Reviews set and review the Quality Objectives, and report on the internal audit results as a means of monitoring and measuring the processes and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System

Ensure the availability of resources.
All personnel understand the requirements of this Quality Policy and abide with the contents of the Quality Management System.
The Organisation constantly monitors its quality performance and implements improvements when appropriate.
Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Policy Statement
Here at AR Solution Group Ltd we are committed to protecting the health, safety, wellbeing and security of its employees, contractors and the public. As well as being equally committed to protecting the environment and the security of its assets.
All of our employees here at AR Solution Group have received training and are expected to maintain the highest standards of safety, security and environment responsibility. Our aim is to have zero incidents company wide. We do not condone or tolerate unsafe behaviour in ourselves or our business partners.
We are determined to supply only safety standard equipment and/or related services that fully comply with the regulations and claims made relating to those products and/or related services. Where appropriate, we will maintain up to date technical files and associated documentation to ensure that regulatory compliance information can be supplied on our website and upon request.
Where products are sourced from external organisations which hold technical files relating to the products being offered, we will request confirmation that these files are current, complete, contain appropriate conformity assessment information and, where relevant, regulatory compliance certificates and will take all necessary steps to confirm the validity of the compliance documentation held by that external supplier in respect of the products being sourced.
Where services are provided related to safety equipment sourced from external organisations, we will maintain approval from the manufacturer that the services provided are assessed and approved by the external organisation.
I have overall responsibility for health and safety at AR Solution Group Ltd and I am committed to ensuring that we achieve excellence in all the areas that are critical to the delivery of our mission.

In accordance with HSSE guidelines, AR Solution Group Ltd will lead by example and promote sharing and benchmarking of HSSE best practice across the estate.
This Quality Policy is regularly reviewed in order to ensure its continuing suitability.
Copies of the Quality Policy are made available to all members of staff and to relevant interested
parties.
