3M PELTOR Optime II protective earmuffs are equipped with sealing rings filled with a unique combination of liquid and foam. The dielectric version of the earmuffs is designed to work in electrically charged rooms. All metal parts are insulated to protect against electric arc short circuits.
They were developed for the needs of a demanding environment with high noise levels. Suitable for use in environments with a high level of industrial noise or construction machinery such as airports or agricultural work.
Soft, wide cushions help reduce pressure around the ears for increased comfort and efficiency. The large space inside the ear cup helps reduce moisture and heat build-up. Easy replacement of pillows and inserts helps to maintain hygienic cleanliness. A simple symbolic indication of the attenuation level ensures the correct selection of ear muffs. The helmet version fits directly into many industrial safety helmets and does not require the use of an adapter.
