Our mission is to deliver quality work equipment, personal protective equipment, uniform and printing to councils and business both in the private and public sector.
The following approaches have been developed to support of our mission:
People

Our employees are our greatest asset and we are committed to their training and career development. We ensure they are suitably qualified and experienced to enable them to be competent in their areas of expertise.

We will develop a working environment where every employee is motivated to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation, its processes and management system.

Our quality manager develops, monitors and reviews the quality management system and supports the organisation to deliver customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
Process

We have achieved certification with the British Safety Industry Federation and will continue to maintain and improve quality and environment management system to ensure continued certification.

Objectives will be developed to promote the continual improvement of quality within the organisation. These objectives will be aligned to the high level objectives set for the business.

An internal management system audit and surveillance process has been established to ensure compliance and identify best practice.
Performance
-
Reviews of the quality management system are conducted to ensure it remains effective and appropriate. These reviews will include customer satisfaction and feedback from multiple sources.

Here at AR Solution Group Ltd we are committed to protecting the health, safety, wellbeing and security of its employees, contractors and the public. It is equally committed to protecting the environment and the security of its assets.
Each person who works for Ar Solution Group is expected to maintain the highest standards of safety, security and environment responsibility. Our aim is to have zero incidents across the estate. We don’t tolerate unsafe behaviour in ourselves or our business units.
This company undertakes to supply only safety equipment and/or related services that fully comply with the standards and regulations and claims made relating to those products and/or related services. Where appropriate, this company will maintain up to date technical files and associated documentation to ensure that regulatory compliance information can be supplied upon request.
Where products are sourced from external organisations which hold technical files relating to the products being offered, this company will request confirmation that these files are current, complete, contain appropriate conformity assessment information and, where relevant, regulatory compliance certificates and will take all necessary steps to confirm the validity of the compliance documentation held by that external supplier in respect of the products being sourced.
Where services are provided related to safety equipment sourced from external organisations, this company will maintain approval from the manufacturer that the services provided are assessed and approved by the external organisation.
I have overall responsibility for health and safety at AR Solution Group Ltd and I am committed to ensuring that we achieve excellence in all the areas that are critical to the delivery of our mission.

AR Solution Group is committed to compliance with health and wellbeing, safety, security and environmental protection law and undertaking our activities consistent with Government Policy and our legal obligations. We understand the challenge of our mission, and we will maximise our positive impact on the workplace and environment.

To achieve the we will:

Set appropriate, contemporary standards for performance in environment, health, safety and security which we will meet or exceed, thereby complying fully with all legal requirements and relevant Government policies

Clearly identify AR Solution Group’s environment, health, safety and security responsibilities and accountabilities, and ensure that everyone involved in their delivery is appropriately informed and trained

Provide a secure working environment by protecting ourselves, our assets and our operations against risk of injury, loss or damage resulting from criminal or hostile acts

Avoid complacency by challenging unacceptable behaviour and performance, and regularly reviewing our environment, health, safety and security processes, to ensure their effectiveness

Monitor, audit and review our environment, health, safety and security performance, take action to deal with deficiencies and seek ongoing, sustained improvement

Expect those supporting AR Solution Group’s mission, including the supply chain, to work to our own high standards
In accordance with HSSE guidelines, AR Solution Group Ltd will lead by example and promote sharing and benchmarking of HSSE best practice across the estate.
